Ebola Forecasting Model
An interactive, web-based implementation by CAB Pearson
This is simple forecasting tool for predicting when the WHO Ebola-free criteria can be met, given a times series of confirmed cases. The source code is available at the bottom of the page (link).

This forecasting tool is written in R and is made available under a Creative Commons attribution (CC-BY) license (details below). The code for the web-based tool was written by Dr. Carl A.B. Pearson. The source code is available via a public GitHub repository:
